Permanent Residency in France

To be eligible for PR in France, you must have completed a master’s program, after which you would have to apply for an APS Visa that will allow you to stay in France for up to 2 years. After that, you need to find a job under a CDI contract that is relevant to your degree and try to get a French Language Certificate of B2/C2 level at least.

APS Visa:

After getting a degree from France, you can request a temporary resident permit for work. APS is an easy, straightforward, and quick process that will allow you to stay in France for 12 months; this can be extended to another 12 months that result in a total of 24 months.

Blue Card/Talent Passport:

Blue Card applicants are required to have a valid employment contract for at least 12 months and your salary is expected to be 1.5 times compared to the average salary set of the year. Plus you should be holding a specialized college degree that proves your 3 years of education or 5 years of work experience. Going by the name, Talent Passport is offered only to highly skilled employees, so it is pretty hard to get a Blue Card from France.
