The visa application process can be broken down into 3 broad steps:

Arranging documents: This is the most crucial step as presenting all the correct documents with the required validity goes a long way in getting approval for a study visa. These documents will include medical examination reports, academic documents and certificates, identification documents, financial aid statement, university acceptance letter, accommodation details and an IELTS/TOEFL/PTE certificate. Along with this you must have a valid travel document or passport issued. There may be additional documents required based on the country you are applying to.

Filling the visa application form: After ensuring that all your documents are in order, the VIDHAAN team will help you fill the visa application form and secure a date for your personal interview appointment.

Personal interview: Before granting a study visa, most countries take a personal interview of the candidate. This is the last hurdle but the most important hurdle in the application process. Hence, Vidhaan will train you to ace it with their mock interview training.
