In Russia, the majority of English-speaking foreign nationals are employed by overseas companies or English Language schools. Jobs in the local market are very limited if you don't speak Russian. However, there are a lot of opportunities in cities like Moscow and St. Petersburg as they're the largest cities in Russia and centres of business, so there are a lot of opportunities there.
