Australia is a highly sought after academic destination, which makes it highly competitive. Applicants need to begin their planning and preparations at least 10 months ahead to ensure admission in a reputed university for the course of their choice. Australian universities have two intakes in a year - February and July. It usually takes between four and six months for universities to process applications.
